Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust offers free will writing service
Members of the public are being invited by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust to put their affairs in order for free, thanks to a partnership with Farewill, the UK’s largest will writer.
Reducing inheritance tax by leaving a gift to charity has become increasingly popular over the last decade, with over £3 billion raised for various organisations through posthumous donations over the past year*. It can also bring the satisfaction of knowing that values and beliefs will be passed down to future generations.
The Trust’s partnership with Farewill, voted National Will Writing Firm of the Year in 2019, will allow anyone to write or update their will free of charge in as little as fifteen minutes, all from the safety of their own homes.
Only a limited number of free wills are available this month, so anyone interested is urged to get in touch as soon as possible. Donations to the Trust are optional, but as the National Park celebrates its 70th anniversary against a backdrop of global climate change and biodiversity loss, a gift left in a will could help sustain this spectacular landscape for many more generations to come.
Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust Chair, Elsa Davies LVO said: “We encourage anyone who has yet to write their will, or hasn’t updated theirs in a long time, to make the most of this fabulous opportunity. Gifting something to the Trust is optional, but if the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park has played a part in your life, this free service presents the chance to pass on something truly wonderful – which will help safeguard our cherished coastline for today, tomorrow and the future.”
Every will made with Farewill is checked by a specialist and is legally binding. To write your will for free, go to https://farewill.com/pembscoast5. For more information contact Nichola Couceiro at the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust on 01646 624 808.
